if you want a really dangerous hell region then try out The Grinder or Howling Rift.

Two banger regions just released called Gilded Sanctuary and Arid Barrens! It's recommended to get The Mast and Badlands alongside them because Gilded Sanctuary connects to the Mast. Also I use a mod called Gate Scanner that reads pearls to Moon at gates, so the custom pearls are easier to read.

some good regions are Scorched District, Pilgrims' Ascent, Far Shore, Moss Fields and Chasing Wind. i would highly recommend the Reclaiming Entropy mod. it ads a new slugcat called the matriarch and the world state is after saint (It is not finished yet).

People have deciphered the in game language and there is a way to translate it game makes alot more sense when you can understand the language

Question for frens%, do you count the final boss as fren? If you do, you would have to beat the game, then find b-fren, “purify” b-fren, etc

Please finish this, as another commenter said the last phase is just survival, the bosses' health gradually decreases, I beat this on my second try and this is my first soulslike/souls game ever. Edit:also for the first phase if you get tired of it theres always the gun to skip it

The game is definitely worth the initial difficulty Once you get comfy with its combat mechanics it becomes extremely enjoyable especially given the fact that the boss designs are the highlight of the game Please don’t give up to the initial overwhelm skurry

Hey skur, for a small piece of advice for the combat: Parrys on the ground only parry in front of you, parrying in the air go both ways Your "parry attack" isnt like a darksouls counter hit, parrying just builds up the amount you can do, its not always best to instantly follow up with it after parrying. Parrying it meant sort of defensivly. You can also parry many attacks in a row. Also, the slightly miss timed parries give you whats called internal damage, its not real damage, as you heal it over time, but if you get hit with internal damage, you lose it all
